About Us

Phare Health is now part of R1 and its AI innovation engine, R37 Lab, bringing Phare’s frontier clinical reasoning technology together with one of the largest healthcare platforms in the U.S.

At R37 and Phare, we are building the first AI-native Healthcare Revenue Operating System: a connected platform that reasons over full medical records, payer logic, and financial workflows to automate medical coding, billing, and follow-up.

Backed by real customers, real data, and real distribution, we operate on a national scale. Our agentic AI systems already power production workflows across 95 of the top 100 U.S. health systems, processing hundreds of millions of patient encounters each year, including:

  • 180M+ Claims

  • 550M+ Patient encounters

  • 1.2B+ Workflow actions and outcomes each year

This is startup-level ownership with enterprise-level impact. If you want to build AI that ships, scales, and measurably improves how healthcare works, this is the place to do it.

We are hiring across several seniority levels ranging from Mid-level up to Staff. At a minimum, we would expect 5 years of product management experience with 2 years of healthcare experience.

  • Lead project planning and execution by running meetings and guiding teams through high-quality plans and roadmaps that connect product vision to measurable progress

  • Generate strategic product insights by solving complex business challenges, identifying high-leverage data signals, and translating AI/ML model outputs into clear product direction

  • Engage and align stakeholders across business teams, engineering, other product groups, and leadership; distill complex concepts into clear, business-focused language

  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to identify root causes, shape strategy, and drive alignment through clear communication

  • Apply deep knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle processes and regulations to guide compliant product development and ensure solutions are relevant and impactful

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of product management, with 2+ years of healthcare and/or SaaS experience

  • Deep experience working with data platforms, AI/ML-driven systems, or highly technical products

  • Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills

  • Deep knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle operations, regulations, and workflows

  • Deep understanding of machine learning modeling techniques (clustering, decision tree learning, and NLP) and their real-world advantages/drawbacks

  • Knowledge of real-world use and deployment of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Artificial Intelligence (AI)

  • Experience creating analytics tools and visualizing data and model results utilizing a modern BI tool (Power BI, Spotfire, Tableau, etc.)
