Join us as Senior Senior Account Director — become the trusted partner to the world’s most impactful brands

We’re looking for a Senior Senior Account Director who will own relationships with some of our most strategic clients, with a laser focus on driving adoption, uncovering new revenue, and ensuring long-term partnership success.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll work directly with some of the most recognisable brands in the world. You’ll be a trusted advisor — proactively identifying opportunities to expand accounts, mitigate risk, and help our customers deliver measurable impact through Goodstack.

This role reports into the Head of Customer Success and is based in North America.

As a Senior Account Director at Goodstack, your mission will be to:

  • Own a portfolio of strategic accounts: Build deep, long-lasting relationships with senior stakeholders across your accounts, ensuring they derive full value from our platform.
  • Drive renewals and expansion: Identify and close cross-sell and up-sell opportunities by aligning Goodstack to your customers' evolving business needs.
  • Deliver impact-focused success plans: Lead quarterly success planning and impact reviews, ensuring every customer has clear objectives tied to measurable outcomes.
  • Operate at pace and with precision: Run a meticulous book of business — track renewals, forecast growth, manage risks, and ensure no ball is ever dropped.
  • Be the voice of the customer internally: Partner with Product, Solutions, and Revenue teams to bring customer insights to the table and help shape our roadmap.
  • Standardise success: Help refine and scale playbooks and customer journeys, ensuring we deliver consistently excellent outcomes across the portfolio.

After 3 months, success will look like:

  • You’ll have built trusted relationships with all strategic accounts in your portfolio and are seen as a go-to partner.
  • You’ve identified and scoped 3-5 expansion opportunities with clear value cases.
  • You’ve mapped the full stakeholder landscape and developed robust success plans for every client.
  • You’re accurately forecasting renewals and growth — no surprises.
  • You’re actively contributing to improving CS operations, playbooks, and internal tooling to drive better outcomes at scale.

  • Detail-obsessed – You run a tight book. You’re across every renewal date, every stakeholder, every risk.
  • Strategic thinker – You understand your clients’ world and can craft plans that align our product to their evolving goals.
  • Team player – You collaborate deeply with Solutions, Sales, and Product to deliver incredible outcomes, fast.

Ideal experience:

  • 5+ years in a Customer Success, Account Management, or Strategic Partnerships role, ideally in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of managing enterprise-level accounts, including complex stakeholder landscapes.
  • Demonstrable experience driving account growth through expansion and retention.
  • Comfortable with forecasting, pipeline reviews, and owning a number.
  • Familiar with tools like HubSpot, Gainsight, Notion, or similar CS platforms.
  • Previous exposure to social impact or mission-driven organisations is a plus.

Bonus if you:

  • Have experience working with HR, ESG, Procurement or CSR buyers.
  • Have worked across global or distributed teams.
  • Have helped shape or scale a CS function or playbook.
  • Are passionate about helping purpose-led organisations scale their impact.
