Our Mission

Our mission at Percent is to power purpose in every company and nonprofit worldwide. We already work with 30+ industry giants such as Google, HSBC & TikTok. We enable them to quickly and easily build giving into their products, enabling nonprofits to access these innovative new funding streams.

Our donation volume is growing rapidly: in 2021 we donated $3.5m. In 2022, $120m, and in 2023 we donated over $1bn. This year our mission is to enable over $3bn of donations to good causes. To achieve this we need you.

This opportunity awaits a dynamic and results-driven Enterprise Account Executive to join our team and manage complex sales cycles. The ideal candidate will have a mix of experience working with mid-market to large enterprise clients and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

As Enterprise Account Executive at Percent, your mission will be to:
  • Manage Enterprise Sales: Lead the sales process from prospecting to close, handling complex sales cycles.
  • Pipeline Development: Build and manage a robust pipeline of enterprise and mid-market prospects, focusing on new business opportunities.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop strong, long-term relationships, with key decision-makers at large organizations, establishing trust across multiple departments.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure the needs of your clients are met and aligned with company offerings.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve or exceed sales targets, including account planning, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations, draft proposals, and close contracts, ensuring a seamless transition to the customer success team.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings and the competitive landscape, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to clients.
After 6 months, success will look like:
  • A well-developed pipeline of mid-market and enterprise prospects, with several deals in the advanced stages of the sales cycle.
  • Strong relationships built with key decision-makers at target companies, demonstrating a deep understanding of client needs and aligning solutions to them.
  • Demonstrable progress toward quarterly sales targets, with early wins or near-closures, showcasing effective negotiation and deal management.
  • With an exceptional conversion rate from sales-qualified leads to closed-won, you've set new standards of success.
This role is a perfect match for you, if you have:
  • 3-5 years of Enterprise Sales Experience with proven track record of successfully managing complex sales cycles in enterprise and mid-market settings, and closing deals.
  • Ability to navigate both structured, large-enterprise environments and agile, fast-growing startups.
  • Demonstrated success in selling to large organizations with multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Adept at managing and influencing complex relationships with senior-level executives.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Experience using CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot to manage the sales process.
Bonus points, but not required, if you have knowledge or love of:
  • Sold into the nonprofit/social impact space, amplifying your potential to make a difference.
