Our donation volume is growing rapidly: in 2021 we donated $3.5m. In 2022, $120m, and in 2023 we donated over $1bn. This year our mission is to enable over $3bn of donations to good causes. To achieve this we need you.

As Sales Development Representative, your mission will be to:

Fuel Percent’s success as we strive to make a lasting impact and transform nonprofits with cutting-edge technology solutions. In this role, you will:

  • Forge Global Nonprofit Partnerships: Conduct meaningful conversations with global nonprofits, creating opportunities in partnership with your Account Executive.
  • Cultivate Lasting Relationships: Develop deep, long-lasting partnerships that create mutual value and serve as a trusted advisor to your prospects.
  • Drive Sales Activation: Support our sales cycle from initial interest to successful activation.
  • Simplify Technical Concepts: Communicate complex technical ideas in a way that's easily understood by non-technical users.
  • Master the Product: Stay up-to-date, develop product expertise, and build the technical know-how to onboard new customers and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Deliver Exceptional Experiences: Ensure our partners receive an outstanding experience in every interaction.
  • Champion Excellence: Bring your best foot forward every day by operating independently and collaborating with Percent teams to deliver A+ products, processes, and experiences.
  • Entrepreneurial drive: Excellent time management and organization skills with attention to detail.

This role would be a good fit for you, if you have/are:

  • New graduate with a vision for a career in Sales, or 1 year of professional experience in sales, support, or a customer-facing role.
  • High agency.
  • A love for working in a fast-paced, high-growth, and always-improving environment.
  • A self-starter and quick-thinker who thrives in ambiguous and rapidly changing situations.
  • Strong storytelling, listening, and customer relationship skills, including empathy, communication, integrity, and high-quality question-asking.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize between competing priorities.
  • A passion for learning and eagerness to dive into technology and social impact.
  • Exceptional writing skills with attention to grammar and tone.

Bonus points, but not required, if you have:

  • You have experience in technology or nonprofit/social impact.

      ⚖️ Flexible working hours

      💰Role Comp (Entry Level)

      • Salary range: $42,000 - $52,000 base
      • OTE: 50k - 62k OTE (80% base / 20% variable)
