Your Role's mission:

As an IT Operations & Infrastructure Engineer, your mission is to ensure all Pelicans benefit from reliable, secure, and well-documented internal IT systems. You’ll play a critical role in supporting our growing hybrid team, ensuring that every employee—from Paris to Miami—is empowered with the tools and support they need to work efficiently and securely.

You will manage our IT stack, support the onboarding of new hires, troubleshoot technical issues, oversee our device fleet, and continuously improve internal tools and infrastructure. You’ll also contribute to documentation, IT security practices, and process automation.

Main Responsibilities :

• Provide hands-on IT support and act as the go-to contact for all IT-related issues
• Manage hardware provisioning, formatting, and MDM (Mac, PC)
• Administer and support SaaS platforms (Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Office 365)
• Maintain and optimize internal VPN, backups, and asset management systems
• Create and maintain documentation on IT processes in Notion
• Improve IT onboarding & offboarding workflows (automation, checklists, communication)
• Track and manage licenses, hardware lifecycle, and software compliance

Your Impact:

• Reduce IT response times and ensure seamless employee support
• Increase IT efficiency through automation and improved documentation
• Elevate Pelico’s security posture through device and account compliance
• Help build a scalable IT foundation as Pelico grows

Location : You will be based in Paris, with English as your working language. We offer a hybrid work arrangement.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience in internal IT, IT support, or ops at a tech company
• Fluent in MacOS, Windows, and SaaS administration
• Knowledge of device management tools (JumpCloud preferred)
• Basic networking and scripting skills are a plus
• Autonomous, reliable, and proactive mindset
• Comfortable working in English; French is a plus
