How you will make an impact

• You consistently deliver robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions while setting the standard for engineering excellence.

• You will manage individual project priorities and deliverables whilst working in a team who enjoy knowledge sharing sessions

• You take ownership of complex technical initiatives, influence architectural decisions, and drive the long-term technical vision across teams

• You will stay up to date with the latest trends in technology

• You work within your cross-functional team to uphold the highest technical standards right across the product

What we are looking for

• You have 7+ years of experience in Software Engineering, with at least 2 years of experience in the same role. Preferably in a startup

• You show vast experience in developing software in large-scale production systems, ideally using Golang

• You have a great foundation in microservice principles, event sourcing, cloud-native infrastructure, and clean code best practices

• You are comfortable with both relational and non-relational databases

• You have a proven track record working in cross-functional teams with a strong focus on quality and delivery

• You strive to join a high-performance engineering culture based on strong cooperation and innovation

• You are an innovative thinker, able to quickly recognize opportunities and apply your expertise to deliver solutions that support outstanding customer experiences

• You are proficient in English with effective communication skills
