Our Design team offers you the opportunity to work alongside a group of highly ambitious and knowledgeable Product Managers and Designers, while being faced with highly complex problems that affect customers on a global scale.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scope and solve complex problems

• Participate in research and continuous discovery, using insights to inform product decisions

• Partner with product managers to define and prioritize product opportunities, accounting for both user and business objectives

• Understand technical constraints and make well-informed tradeoffs

• Deliver high-quality, scalable solutions and collaborate with engineers throughout their implementation

• Drive alignment by facilitating strategic discussions with relevant stakeholders

• Contribute to the Payrails design system, working closely with front-end engineers to build and maintain our component library

• You have at least 5 years of experience in Enterprise level product design.

• You strive in ambiguous opportunity spaces and are able to navigate complex topics with minimal direction

• You think holistically about user and business objectives, focusing on outcomes over output

• You can deliver high-quality solutions in Figma and articulate the decisions behind them

• You are able to synthesize feedback from different stakeholders and make subsequent decisions

• You have a collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills

• You are proactive, able to manage your own time, and ultimately know when to optimize for speed and when to optimize for quality

• You have a portfolio or case studies that demonstrate your thought process and previous impact. Payments domain experience is a plus!
