Executive Assistant to the CRO

YOUR MISSION:
As the Executive Assistant to our Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), you will serve as a trusted strategic partner ensuring seamless operations, high-impact time management, and proactive support. With 4 years of experience under your belt, you are not just keeping things on track you’re anticipating needs, leading the coordination of cross-functional workshops, and helping drive efficiency at the leadership level. You will be embedded in the rhythm of our Revenue organization, managing a fast-moving calendar, owning logistics end-to-end, and helping the CRO focus on what matters most: strategic growth, partner relationships, and team leadership.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
- CRO Calendar Management: Manage complex, high-volume scheduling across global time zones with precision and foresight, balancing external meetings, internal priorities, and team alignment.
- Coordinate Workshops & Offsites: Lead the planning and execution of team workshops, leadership sessions, and revenue-related events handling everything from agenda creation to follow-ups.
- Enable Focused Leadership: Ensure the CRO is prepped and prioritized for key meetings, tracking action items, and enabling high-leverage decision-making. This includes drafting internal and external communications.
- Travel and Expense Management: Coordinate international and domestic travel, manage executive-level expenses, and process reimbursements. Vendor coordination and other operational tasks.
- Event Coordination: Organize and execute team-building activities, events, and large-scale meetings.
- Streamline Communication: Help manage and triage inboxes, Slack, and internal comms to keep information flowing efficiently and on time.
- Act as a Gatekeeper & Liaison: Serve as a point of contact between the CRO and key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Proven Experience: 4+ years of Executive Assistant or relevant work experience -- direct executive support, project management, and event planning experience. Ideally in a fast-paced, growth-stage or SaaS environment supporting CRO/Sales/Commercial functions.
- Time Management: Proven ability to prioritize and manage time and tasks efficiently.
- Event Management: Hands-on experience running leadership workshops, quarterly planning sessions, and team offsites, with the ability to drive logistics and content coordination.
- Calendar Ninja: Mastery of calendar and time management, especially for executives with competing global priorities.
- Strong Communication & Discretion: You write clearly, speak confidently, and handle sensitive information with the utmost professionalism. Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to jump into a myriad of projects
- Tech-Savvy & Organized: You’re fluent in tools like Google Workspace, Powerpoint, Google Slides, Word/Google Docs, Slack, Notion, and Zoom and you love building systems that make life easier. able to quickly learn new technologies and tools.
- Proactive & People Smart: You anticipate needs before they arise, proactively solving problems, keeping the CRO aware and ahead of key meetings/initiative planning needs, and thrive in a role where no two days are the same.
- Strong attention to detail: Organized and responsive with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
