Senior Finance Transformation Manager (f/m/d)*

YOUR MISSION:
We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Finance Transformation & Systems Manager to join our team and help drive operational excellence across our global finance function. This role will focus on streamlining processes, implementing automation, and building scalable systems and analytics that empower all finance teams to operate more efficiently and make data-driven decisions.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
Finance Systems Strategy & Roadmap

Collaborate with Finance (Accounting, FP&A, Treasury) and cross-functional stakeholders (RevOps, BusOps, Data, Engineering, etc.) to develop and maintain the strategic roadmap for Finance systems, identifying high-impact opportunities for automation, scalability, and innovation.

Define and track OKRs for finance systems projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and measuring success through outcomes and performance improvements.

Evaluate new tools, modules, and system capabilities to support growing operational complexity and future business needs.
Process Improvement & Automation

Analyze existing Finance workflows to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and manual pain points.

Propose and support implementation of automation solutions to optimize processes across Revenue, Accounting, FP&A, AP/AR, Procurement, and more.

Partner with technical teams to ensure scalable, well-integrated solutions that meet both user and compliance needs.
Analytics & Reporting Enablement

Drive the development of standardized, cross-functional reporting through tools like Tableau to support real-time, data-driven decision-making.

Work with internal analytics and data teams to centralize finance data and improve data integrity and accessibility.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Serve as a key liaison between Finance, IT, Sales Systems, RevOps, and HRIS to coordinate systems projects, ensure clear communication, and deliver projects on time.

Translate business requirements into clear system specifications and ensure finance teams are enabled through proper training and documentation.
AI & Innovation
- Contribute to embedding AI and machine learning tools into finance workflows where relevant, particularly in repetitive tasks or analytics-heavy functions.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Business Informatics, or any other related field. An MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA, WP/StB) is preferred but not a must.
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in Finance or Inhouse Consulting or Data/Engineering, with a focus on financial systems, process improvement, and transformation.
- Prior experience in supporting fast growing scale-ups to achieve
- Strong understanding of financial systems and processes especially Accounting, with experience in implementing new systems and processes.
- Demonstrated experience in defining strategic roadmaps or OKRs, particularly for ERP/finance systems
- Familiarity with NetSuite or similar ERP systems; experience with implementation or module optimization is a plus
- Proficient in BI/analytics tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
- Excellent project management and cross-functional coordination skills
- Strong understanding of finance processes (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report)
- Experience working in tech/SaaS, high-growth, or matrixed environments is a plus
