The Role

We are hiring a product leader to drive the development of Overjet's AI-driven insurance product line. The focus will initially be around streamlining the claims review process and will expand as we grow. This is a unique entrepreneurial opportunity at the forefront of dental AI innovation.

In this role, you will introduce solutions to streamline the claims process for dental claims using cutting-edge AI (image processing, LLMs etc) to dramatically increase the productivity of claims teams. Your work will directly contribute to improving oral health for millions, making a real difference in people's lives. You'll innovate at scale, developing products for leading dental insurers. Additionally, you'll collaborate with some of the brightest minds in AI, healthcare, and business, including our founders and operators.

Responsibilities

  • To drive continued growth of our insurance product and drive impact in our customer base.
  • Develop and execute strategies that establish a strong competitive moat and market dominance for Overjet.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify total addressable market (TAM) and key customer needs.
  • Act as a General Manager, building and leading cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Customer Success, and Support.
  • Create and manage both short-term and long-term product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Develop a long-term vision and articulate it into actionable Sprint-level roadmaps.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of product management experience, demonstrating strong product sense and execution skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with UX designers, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Business Development teams.
  • Skill in identifying key features that drive the most value.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, including precise copy text and button names within the product.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technical, and mission-focused environment.
