The Role

Our clinical contracts are growing! We’re looking to add a detail-oriented and process-driven Clinical Implementation Specialist to our team. This person will be responsible for onboarding and training all of our dental offices using the Overjet Platform. This growing team is looking for someone who is passionate about educating and training teams in new technologies. The ideal candidate has clinical experience in a dental office or practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrates extensive knowledge and understanding of relevant clinical operations, products and services within Dental Offices and the Overjet Platform
  • Leads the post-sales assessment, training, implementation of new products and services in signed Overjet customers
  • Develops, plans and manages customer training programs in all Overjet offices
  • Serves as lead consultant and resource to internal and external customers throughout the Overjet onboarding process
  • Utilizes the total office concept to integrate Overjet into Dental offices
  • Significantly influences customer acceptance and utilization of Overjet during the onboarding process
  • Initiates discussion to obtain in-depth customer feedback for product and service improvement opportunities
  • Conducts both in-person and virtual training to ensure adoption and integration in all Overjet customers
  • Has clinically relevant conversations with both General Dentists and support staff
  • Brings customers to mastery of the Overjet platform within the first 30 days of onboarding
  • Works internally to manage entire training process

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in Saas, Dental, or related fields corresponding to training
  • Experience working in a clinical dental setting
  • Strong experience in implementing processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Track record of building new processes in high growth environments
  • Bachelor’s degree or extensive experience
  • Excitement to learn about artificial intelligence, insurance, dentistry, and technology
  • Strong work ethic and hustle to achieve results in a high-growth startup environment
  • Experience in insurance, dental/healthcare, startups, or B2B software is a plus but not required
  • A desire to travel 50%+ - potential to decrease in the future
