The Role

We are expanding our sales team to accelerate Overjet’s growth, specifically in the Provider Network Management space. As a Sales Executive for our PNM product, you will engage both new and existing customers, deliver high-impact pitches, and drive the team to success in meeting ambitious revenue goals. You’ll be a full-cycle seller, owning everything from initial engagement to closing the deal. While we have executive relationships at many payer organizations, PNM buying decisions often sit with Network Management, Provider Relations, or Credentialing functions where we may not yet have established contacts. You'll need to navigate complex payer org structures to identify and engage the right stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and build relationships with PNM decision-makers (Network Management, Provider Relations, Credentialing leaders) within both existing customers and net-new payer organizations—often requiring multi-threaded approaches beyond existing executive contacts

  • Map and navigate complex payer organizational structures to reach the right buyers, even when our current relationships are at the C-suite or in different departments (Claims, Utilization Management, etc.)

  • Gain a deep understanding of prospective clients' network management pain points—provider credentialing backlogs, network adequacy compliance, fraud detection—to effectively convey how Overjet PNM delivers value

  • Deliver effective sales presentations to diverse stakeholders: C-suite, VP Network Management, Provider Relations Directors, and Compliance teams within Dental Payer organizations

  • Own the sales cycle from pitch to close and partner closely with Engagement Managers internally for smooth transitions

  • Forecast sales with a high degree of accuracy

  • Achieve aggressive monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals

  • Work in a collaborative, high-energy team environment

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • 7+ years of B2B sales experience with at least 2+ years selling into dental paters

  • Self-starter with a solid track record of sales performance

  • Strong work ethic and hustle to achieve results in a high-growth environment

  • Ability to travel to customer meetings, company meetings and conferences as needed.
