The company seeks a qualified Clinical Psychologist with multiple years of experience to work in a

hybrid healthcare model where it brings together the best of Telehealth and In-person medical

care to create a rewarding patient experience.

This hybrid healthcare model relies heavily on technology for video conferencing, patient

monitoring, appointment scheduling, and follow-up. It also relies on key skills such as good

communication skills, compassion and good bed-side manner, effective decision-making skills,

leadership and management skills, ability to appropriately diagnose and treat as well as time

management.

A successful Clinical Psychologist in this role is an individual who understands medical ethics,

shows professionalism in line of duty, has a collaborative team spirit and is comfortable to work

under minimum supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

Reviewing and analysing answered questionnaires on mental and emotional disorders,

formulating accurate diagnosis and administering programs of treatment.

• Treating psychological disorders by effecting improved adjustments utilizing various

psychological techniques; selecting appropriate treatment approach and planning frequency,

intensity, and duration of individual, group, and family therapies.

• Assessing patient progress and modifying treatment programs accordingly; communicating

and counselling family members as appropriate.

• Providing crisis intervention in situations requiring immediate psychological treatment at the

clinic

• Documenting therapy in accordance with policies and procedures regarding medical records;

implements and adheres to policies which ensure patient confidentiality.

• Participates in educational programs, in-service meetings, clinician meetings, and workshops

to enhance professional development and maintain currency of methodology and techniques.

• Reviewing cases with other mental health professionals within the clinic and other hospitals

with regard to clients and/or patient care.

• Providing mental health consultation to other employees.

• May develop and implement clinical research programs.

• Providing consultation to other health professionals with regard to patient test results.

• Scheduling patient review appointments on our Digital Health Platform.

• Updating appointment availability on our digital health platform for video consultation, Audio

consultation and chat consultations

• Maintaining confidentiality and impartiality at all times.

• Counselling patients on their mental health and wellbeing.
