No brokers, no freezes, no hidden spreads. We’re replacing the opaque, offshore brokerage model with a transparent, permissionless trading stack built onchain. Every trade, deposit, and withdrawal is verifiable through open, auditable code. We’ve raised $27.9M+ from General Catalyst, Jump, LocalGlobe, Susquehanna (SIG), GSR, Alliance DAO, Soma Capital, Balaji Srinivasan, Meltem Demirors, and others.
We’re hiring our second full-time operator to scale our core business operations. You’ll work directly with our CEO and Chief of Staff to own company-critical execution across compliance, financial operations, recruiting, and strategic relationships with major liquidity venues, exchanges, and infrastructure partners. You’ll take on big problems from day one and build the operational engine that powers a globally accessible exchange taking on a market doing over $10T of notional volume per month.
What You’ll Do
Own financial discipline: payroll, treasury operations, vendor management, spend controls, and investor reporting
Lead people operations: hiring pipelines, onboarding, performance systems, and internal communication rhythms
Maintain compliance and regulatory operations in partnership with counsel and external vendors
Support trader onboarding and lifecycle to ensure fast resolution of any blockers
Work cross-functionally with engineering and product to maintain execution quality and unblock dependencies
Make sure nothing breaks without a plan: flag issues early and push improvements through to completion.
Who You Are
2-5+ years in high-growth fintech, exchanges, banking, consulting, or trading-adjacent environments
Obsessed with operational precision - nothing slips
Analytical and proactive - you notice inefficiencies and fix them fast
Exceptional communicator with strong writing and relationship building skills
Able to operate in high-stakes environments with real capital and regulatory exposure, including direct coordination with legal partners across immigration, employment, fundraising, and compliance.
