This is a hands-on creative role. You’ll define how Ostium looks, feels, and shows up - to traders, partners, and the world.

Brand design: clarity, sophistication, and consistency across every touchpoint
Short-form video: tight, confident storytelling - no AI slop
Merch & objects: physical pieces people actually keep
Events & experiences: IRL touchpoints that feel intentional and elevated
Creative surprises: gifts, collateral, and ideas that build loyalty
