Shape the future of mental health at Osmind! We're looking for a Lead Product Manager to join our mission-driven team and shape how mental healthcare can be delivered to better serve providers and patients while also advancing the science on innovative new treatments.
About Osmind
Osmind is a technology, services, and data company focused exclusively on psychiatry. Mental health disorders are one of the leading causes of death worldwide and are tied to shortening lifespans. Yet, we have cause for hope: there have been developments in new psychiatric medications since the first FDA approval in 1954, such as new treatments like ketamine, Spravato, and neuromodulation. Now, there is a growing movement among clinicians, patients, and researchers to close the gap between this scientific innovation and better real-world care.
At Osmnid, we serve a network of 800+ independent psychiatry practices across 49 states. We help these clinics effectively provide high-quality care, scale as businesses, and contribute to research with our purpose-built EHR, software solutions, clinician community, and managed services. Our providers are at the forefront of psychiatry, offering innovative interventions and treating some of the highest acuity patients in the country.
Osmind is a San Francisco–based public benefit corporation backed by top investors including DFJ Growth, Future Ventures, General Catalyst, and Y Combinator.
We are a Series B funded Public Benefit Corporation (PBC) building something that moves the needle on the global mental health crisis. (See here for an article our cofounder Jimmy wrote about PBCs.)
The Opportunity
We are seeking a Lead Product Manager who is passionate about creating exceptional experiences for psychiatric clinicians while pioneering innovation in mental health treatment. You'll be the voice of clinicians, deeply understanding their daily challenges and translating those insights into product solutions that genuinely improve patient care and practice efficiency. Working closely with our engineering, design, and operations teams, you'll drive direct product strategy and execution in a space where your work has a direct impact on patient outcomes.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute the product roadmap, including 1) features that streamline workflows for psychiatrists and support different services offered to practices, improving patient care and overall practice efficiency, 2) internal tooling to improve operational efficiency of internal teams that drive services such as revenue cycle management (RCM) for clinicians
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives with engineering, design, clinical, and life sciences teams to deliver impactful product solutions
  • Leverage strong strategic thinking to boost the Osmind platform and ecosystem, bringing a solid framework to build/buy analyses and partner vendor selection
  • Understand clinician workflows, identify pain points, and deliver solutions that make an immediate impact on their practice
  • Collaborate with teams across the company, including sales, operations, customer success, clinical, marketing, and research, to identify customer needs and opportunities
  • Define, track, and deliver on core success measures and KPIs to support company goals and product outcomes
  • Drive product strategy that supports both clinical excellence and research advancement

Preferred Qualifications

  • 8+ years of healthcare technology product management experience, including roadmap development, PRD writing, cross-functional collaboration with design/engineering, outcome analysis, and feature launches
  • 3+ years at healthcare technology startups with demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
  • Experience working with EHRs or practice management tools
  • Experience exploring, prototyping, and contributing to AI initiatives
  • Customer-focused approach with regular clinician engagement, combining qualitative insights and quantitative analysis to drive solutions
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to build consensus across teams and stakeholders
  • Comfortable switching between high-level strategy and day-to-day execution
  • "Hustle and grit" mentality with resourcefulness, bias toward action, and ability to deliver results
  • Based in San Francisco
  • Authorized to work in the United States (Osmind does not sponsor immigration)

Nice to Haves

  • Experience with medical billing and healthcare reimbursement
  • Specific experience with clinical data and understanding of healthcare regulatory requirements
  • Experience working with life sciences teams or research-focused product development
  • Passion for bringing innovative mental health treatments to patients who need them most
