Associate Director, ICHRA Product & Network Strategy

About the role:
The Associate Director will define the strategic vision and oversee the complete lifecycle of the ICHRA product portfolio and network offerings. You will lead the program from ideation to execution, focusing on curating strategic product and network partnerships to advise on optimal market solutions. You will drive large-scale, cross-functional initiatives and collaborate closely with matrix partners to drive program value, fiscal performance, and overall performance metrics.
You will report into the VP, ICHRA General Manager.
Work Location: This position is based in our New York City office, requiring a hybrid work schedule with 3 days of in-office work per week. Thursdays are a required in-office day for team meetings and events, while your other two office days are flexible to suit your schedule. #LI-Hybrid
Pay Transparency: The base pay for this role is: $180,504 - $236,911 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, participation in Oscar's unlimited vacation program, and annual performance bonuses.
Responsibilities:
- Define, drive, and execute the strategic vision for the ICHRA product portfolio and network offerings, managing the complete product lifecycle from ideation through launch and post-launch optimization.
- Curate and evaluate strategic product and network partnerships, advising on optimal products to bring to market to enhance the overall program value.
- Lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives for new product and network implementation, serving as the program manager and collaborating with matrix partners (e.g., Legal, Regulatory, Product, Network, Finance, Technology, and Operations) to ensure successful execution.
- Continuously evaluate market trends, competitor strategies, and program performance metrics to uncover new opportunities, identify cost-savings, drive performance improvement, and create necessary dashboards for Senior Leadership report outs
- Identify and drive execution of cost-savings opportunities by collaborating with key business units
- Program management of key company and department strategy initiatives
- Continuously evaluate financial and performance metrics dashboards to drive performance improvement and create dashboards for Senior Leadership report outs
- Drive the budgeting process and the fiscal performance for the team in association with the leadership team
- Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 7+ years experience in healthcare strategy and operations, and or related field
- 4+ years of experience managing individual contributors
- 3+ years project planning experience
Bonus points:
- Master's degree
- Management Consulting experience with a focus on healthcare
- Experience in leading large-scale cross functional initiatives
- Experience with Excel and financial modeling experience

Pay Transparency: Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience.
