About the Role:

Are you passionate about technology and eager to help farmers succeed? Join us as our California Regional Customer Success Manager (CSM).

In this strategic customer-facing role, you will serve as the trusted advisor and main point of contact for our customers, ensuring they achieve maximum value from our cutting-edge technology. You'll collaborate closely with vineyard managers and viticulturists to optimize their adoption, success, and satisfaction, while proactively addressing their needs and feedback. You’ll also partner with sales and product teams to enhance customer experience and product development.

What You'll Do:

  • Act as the primary advocate and main point of contact for customer inquiries, requests, and ongoing support needs.
  • Lead onboarding and training sessions, ensuring customers understand and effectively use our FruitScope camera systems.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular check-ins, performance reviews, and proactive engagement.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback, translating insights into actionable recommendations for our product and engineering teams.
  • Identify opportunities for customer growth, retention, and satisfaction, driving adoption and ensuring renewals.
  • Coordinate closely with sales teams to ensure seamless customer transitions from onboarding to ongoing success.

What We Look For:

  • Proven track record in customer success, account management, or related customer-facing roles, ideally within agriculture or ag-tech.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills, passionate about helping customers succeed.
  • Highly responsive, organized, and proactive problem-solver who thrives in a startup environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously and efficiently.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently while aligning closely with broader company goals.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Experience working with or knowledge of vineyard operations or the grape/wine industry.
  • Proficiency with digital tools such as Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), Slack, and CRM platforms (especially HubSpot).
  • Existing relationships within the grape/wine industry
  • Comfortable with occasional travel to customer locations as needed.
  • Flexibility to occasionally adjust schedule to meet customer needs during critical periods of the growing season.

Position Details:

  • This is a full-time, salaried position.
