As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for driving data-driven insights to support business strategies and decision-making processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs), develop data collection methodologies, analyse complex data sets, and present actionable recommendations to senior management.

What will you get to do?

• Analyse complex data sets using statistical techniques and data visualisation tools to extract meaningful insights.

• Define and develop KPIs and metrics to measure business performance and identify improvement opportunities

• Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and define analytics strategies.

• Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports, dashboards, and presentations to senior management and key stakeholders.

Skills we are looking for

• Proven experience of 2+ yrs in a similar role, with a track record of successfully leading analytics teams

• Strong expertise in data analysis, statistical modelling, and data visualisation techniques.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.

• Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.

• Solid understanding of database systems, data warehousing, and data governance principles

• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex information to various stakeholders
