About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in application and cloud security, be capable of mentoring junior engineers, and have expertise in optimizing our platform's infrastructure.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Build impactful mobile experiences – Develop and scale high-performance React Native apps for Android and iOS.

• Own features end-to-end – From architecture and development to deployment, monitoring, and production stability.

• Solve challenging engineering problems – Optimise app performance, improve reliability, and build scalable solutions.

• Drive engineering excellence – Write clean, testable code, contribute to architecture decisions, and mentor fellow engineers.

• Innovate with AI – Leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate development, improve code quality, and ship faster.

Skills We are looking For:

• 3 - 5 years of experience building and shipping production-grade mobile applications using React Native.

• Strong command of JavaScript, TypeScript, React Native, and modern state management (Redux, Zustand).

• Solid Android & iOS expertise – Native integrations, SDKs, app lifecycle, debugging, and performance optimisation.

• Engineering fundamentals – Scalable architecture, REST APIs, automated testing (Jest), CI/CD, and app releases.

• Ownership & problem-solving mindset – Ability to independently deliver complex features, collaborate across teams, and leverage AI coding tools.
