Key Responsibilities
● Provide day-to-day IT support to employees, resolving hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
● Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems, software applications, antivirus, and security settings.
● Set up and manage laptops, desktops, printers, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and other IT peripherals.
● Provide remote and on-site technical support to employees across offices and operational locations.
● Maintain IT assets and inventory, including laptops, accessories, software licenses, and other equipment.
● Manage system backups, data recovery, OS restoration, and basic security-related requirements.
● Track and resolve IT support requests within defined SLAs and maintain proper documentation of issues and resolutions.
● Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers for hardware repairs, software, networking, AMC, and other technical requirements.
● Support onboarding and offboarding activities by ensuring timely allocation, configuration, recovery, and deactivation of IT assets and access.
● Manage office administration activities including office supplies, assets, facilities, maintenance, and general workplace requirements.
● Coordinate with housekeeping, security, facility, and other support staff to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
● Manage vendor coordination, procurement, invoices, and documentation related to office administration and facilities.
● Maintain records of office assets, invoices, compliance documents, and other administrative documentation.
● Support meeting arrangements, travel coordination, office events, and other administrative requirements as needed.
● Collaborate with HR, Finance, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless IT and administrative support.
● Identify recurring IT and administrative issues and implement practical solutions to improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
● Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
● Proven experience in IT support, system administration, and office administration.
● Strong hands-on knowledge of Windows OS, hardware troubleshooting, networking, Wi-Fi, printers, and IT peripherals.
● Experience in managing IT assets, software installations, inventory, and vendor coordination.
● Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and common workplace applications.
● Experience supporting employees across multiple locations or offices is preferred.
● Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage IT and administrative responsibilities simultaneously.
● Good communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
● Detail-oriented with strong ownership and problem-solving skills.
