About the role

We are going from 100 outlets to 250+ across multiple cities, and building the

laboratories and office spaces behind them. This role is the person on the ground, every day. You will run site execution on new builds across civil, MEP and IT, hold vendors to the drawing and the schedule, and make sure what gets built matches what was specified. You will also keep our live sites in shape — repairs, upkeep, and the upgrades that come with scale. The role reports into our central projects organisation.

What you will do

● Run daily site supervision across live fit-out projects — outlets, offices and laboratories

● Execute against drawings, specifications and the BOQ, and flag deviations early

● Manage vendors and contractors on site — labour deployment, material readiness, work quality

● Track civil interior works to schedule: flooring, partitions, false ceiling, joinery, painting, glazing

● Coordinate electrical and MEP work on site and support power sanction follow-ups

● Coordinate IT build-out on site: structured cabling, network rack, CCTV, access control, UPS and internet link readiness

● Maintain the snag list and drive it to closure before handover, with civil, MEP and IT all commissioned Maintain and upgrade

● Attend to repairs and maintenance requests across live sites in your city

● Execute preventive maintenance schedules and follow up with AMC vendors

● Support upgrades, refurbishments and capacity additions at existing sites

● Enforce safety and quality standards on every site

● Report daily progress and blockers to the Project Manager

What we are looking for

● BE or Diploma in Civil Engineering

● 4+ years in interior fit-out site execution — commercial, retail, coworking,

managed office, showroom or healthcare

● Hands-on site supervision experience, not design-only or drawing-office

experience

● Working knowledge of applicable standards and safety norms — IS codes,

National Building Code, fire and electrical requirements

● An eye for finish quality, and the willingness to reject work that does not

meet the standard

● Proven delivery against tight, non-negotiable go-live dates

● Vendor management on site: labour deployment, work measurement, and

holding contractors to rate and scope

● Project accounting basics: work measurement, bill certification, material

reconciliation, and cost tracking against the BOQ

● Unquestioned integrity in vendor dealings and bill certification

● Ability to read drawings and specifications and hold vendors to them

● Working knowledge of electrical and MEP scope on interior projects

● Exposure to IT infrastructure build-out — structured cabling, network racks,

CCTV, access control

● Willingness to be on site daily within the city

Experience with BOQ preparation, vendor rate negotiation, or facility

maintenance is a plus.
