What Orange Health is building
Orange Health started as India's fastest diagnostics lab. We're now building something larger: India's most holistic health measurement platform — using AI and medical science to help people understand their health and act on it.
We've grown to 1,000+ people, hold the highest Google ratings across all our facilities, run an NPS close to 90, and are backed by Accel, General Catalyst, Y Combinator, Amazon, and others. Hurun India named us a Future Unicorn two years running.
We were recognized as Diagnostics Startup of the Year 2025. What comes next is harder and more interesting than what got us here.
What this role is
You'll own a product line end-to-end — roadmap, discovery, shipping, and outcomes. The problems you'll work on sit at the intersection of consumer health, operational scale, and AI.
You'll work closely with engineering, design, and clinical teams to figure out what to build, why, and in what order.
This is not a feature-factory PM role. You'll need to make bets with incomplete information, kill things that aren't working, and move fast without making a mess.
What we're looking for
Three things matter more than your resume:
- Genuine curiosity about hard problems. You dig into why something works or doesn't, not just what the dashboard says. You're as comfortable reading a medical report as a funnel analysis.
- Drive to build something that matters. You want to work on problems where the product actually changes outcomes for people — not just moves metrics.
- AI-native way of working. You use AI tools daily — to think, prototype, write, analyze. It's how you work, not a side experiment. You have an opinion on where AI should replace process and where it shouldn't.
- Beyond that: strong product judgment, ability to frame problems clearly, comfort with ambiguity, and enough technical fluency to have real conversations with engineers.
What we offer
- Market-competitive salary, bi-annual increments
- Stock options with a 10-year post-exit exercise window
- A team and culture that consistently rates in the top 10% on Glassdoor
- A company growing fast enough that the role will outgrow its own description within a year
