About the Role

At Orange Health, Operations is at the heart of delivering a world-class healthcare experience. We are looking for an Associate Program Manager – Operations ,who will work closely with the Operations Leadership team to drive high-impact strategic initiatives across our logistics network.

This is a high-ownership role where you'll lead cross-functional projects from ideation to execution, solve complex operational challenges using data, and help build scalable systems as we grow.

Beyond driving operational excellence, you'll also be encouraged to leverage AI and automation to eliminate repetitive work, simplify workflows, and build tools that make life easier for both you and your Operations stakeholders. Whether it's creating internal copilots, automating reporting, improving decision-making, or streamlining day-to-day processes, you'll have the opportunity to experiment and deploy practical AI solutions that create real business impact.

What You'll Do:

• Partner with Operations Leadership on business-critical strategic initiatives.
• Own end-to-end execution of cross-functional projects from problem definition to successful implementation.
• Translate business problems into structured execution plans and measurable outcomes.
• Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks, uncover insights, and recommend data-driven solutions.
• Design and implement scalable processes, SOPs, and governance mechanisms.
• Build dashboards and performance trackers to improve operational visibility.
• Leverage AI and automation tools to eliminate manual work, accelerate decision-making, and improve operational efficiency.
• Build lightweight internal tools, workflows, or AI-powered solutions that make everyday work simpler for Operations teams.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Finance, Analytics, and City Operations to deliver impactful initiatives.

Who Should Apply?

We're looking for people who:

• Have 2–4 years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Consulting, Program Management, or high-growth startups.
• Love solving business problems using data and structured thinking.
• Have strong analytical skills and are comfortable working with large datasets.
• Take ownership and can independently drive projects from idea to execution.
• Are curious about AI and excited to use emerging tools to improve productivity and solve operational problems.
• Thrive in ambiguity and enjoy building scalable solutions from scratch.
• Have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Are proficient in Excel and SQL , experience building with AI platforms is a plus
