Position description:
We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Legal & Company Secretary professional to manage corporate secretarial compliance, governance, and legal matters for the organization. The role requires a licensed Company Secretary who can ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements while supporting the business on legal documentation, contract management, and corporate governance matters

Primary Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, corporate laws, and all applicable regulatory requirements.
- Manage Board Meetings, General Meetings, statutory records, resolutions, and ROC filings.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, NDAs, and other legal documents.
- Provide legal and compliance support to internal stakeholders and management.
- Coordinate with regulators, auditors, and external legal counsel on corporate and legal matters
Required Skills:
- Bachelors in LLB and a Qualified Company Secretary (CS) with valid ICSI membership — mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of corporate laws, Companies Act compliances, and secretarial practices.
- Experience in drafting and reviewing legal agreements and commercial contracts.
- 2-5 years of overall experience in Legal and Secretarial aspects.
- Excellent communication, legal drafting, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational ability, and capability to manage multiple responsibilities independently.
