Position description:
As a Integration Support Engineer at Orange Health, you'll be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, ensuring that their issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner. You'll work closely with our product and development teams to identify and troubleshoot technical issues, and you'll be an integral part of our mission to revolutionise healthcare in India by providing exceptional customer service.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate software functionality, performance, security, and usability
- Contributing to the main code base of the service for short term and long term fix.
- Identifying and reporting defects and bugs, and working with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Utilising manual and automated testing tools and methodologies to optimise the testing process
- Continuously improving the quality of software products by analysing metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
Required Skills:
- The candidate should have exposure to programming languages like Python, golang, etc.
- Investigating, resolving, and providing root cause analysis on reported application issues
- Using SQL scripts for creating queries and troubleshooting stored procedures ● Using SQL profiler to identify the root cause
