About the role :
Handle customer queries via chat (app, website, WhatsApp), assist with bookings, and resolve issues to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Roles and Responsibilities:
● Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally
● Support booking, rescheduling, cancellations, and payments
● Provide accurate service and pricing information
● Resolve issues or escalate when needed
● Maintain chat quality, SLAs, and documentation
Skills We are looking for:
● Graduate (preferred) with 0–3 years in chat/customer support ● Strong written English, Hindi is Mandatory ● Good multitasking and problem-solving skills ● Willingness to work in rotational shifts
