Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily reverse and mid-mile operations ensuring timely pickup and drop-off of samples between collection hubs, clinics, and labs.
Improve the cost of logistics consumables by ensuring PSV (Physical Stock Verification) of materials delivered at hubs and clinics.
Optimize runner routes for cost efficiency while maintaining service quality and operational compliance.
Maintain Logistics TAT as per company SOP and drive on-ground discipline for continuous improvement.
Lead, train, and motivate a team of 80+ field runners and executives to deliver consistent performance.
Redesign and optimize operational routes to improve turnaround time (TAT) and reduce cost per order.
Manage on-ground inventory and consumables to maintain accuracy, control wastage, and ensure uninterrupted operations.
Track and control logistics cost per order while maintaining route profitability and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Lab Ops,Sales,Central CRM,Control Tower) to drive efficiency and process alignment.
Monitor, analyze, and report daily operational KPIs including TAT, cost, PSV compliance, and runner productivity.
Drive a culture of accountability, ownership, and high engagement within the field operations team.
Leverage strong local knowledge of Delhi NCR and Gurgaon to plan routes, allocate manpower, and manage daily operations effectively.
Requirements
4-8 years of experience in mid-mile or logistics (FMCG, e-commerce, or diagnostics preferred).
Proven experience managing large field teams (100+)
Hands-on expertise in route planning, cost control, and inventory management.
