How You Will Make an Impact:
We are looking for a committed and experienced MD Pathologist to join our team as a Consultant Pathologist. This role is critical in upholding the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance within our diagnostic laboratory. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence, collaborate closely with local medical professionals, and represent the organization in accreditation processes.

What You Will Get to Do:

• Coordinate diagnostic reporting for Hematology, Clinical Pathology, and Biochemistry to ensure timely, accurate, and clinically relevant results.

• Monitor and ensure 100% compliance with Quality Control (QC) protocols.

• Validate and verify new diagnostic tests, procedures, and equipment to meet high clinical and quality standards.

• Build and maintain robust relationships with local doctors and healthcare professionals.

• Address and resolve quality-related escalations promptly.

• Assist with local approvals on the CP module.

• Participate in weekly and monthly performance reviews and discussions.

• Conduct quarterly internal audits to maintain process compliance.

• Represent the lab during NABL assessments and other accreditation evaluations.

• Ensure adherence to NABL, ISO 15189:2022, and other regulatory standards.

• Mentor and train laboratory staff to uphold high standards of quality and reporting accuracy.

• Implement corrective and preventive actions to address non-conformities.

• Stay updated on advancements in pathology to elevate diagnostic services and reporting methodologies.

• Dedicate a minimum of 8 hours daily in the lab, 25 working days per month.

• Collaborate with management to drive process improvements and operational efficiency.

Skills We Are Looking For:

• MD Pathology from a recognized institution.

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in diagnostic pathology or laboratory operations.

• Expertise in clinical and diagnostic pathology, including laboratory processes.

• Strong knowledge of NABL accreditation processes and ISO 15189:2022 standards.

• Proficient in Quality Assurance and laboratory compliance protocols.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills for accurate diagnostics.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with teams and stakeholders.

• Leadership and mentoring skills to guide laboratory staff.
