About the Role
We are looking for a Creative Designer Lead who combines strong design sensibilities with the ability to execute across formats and platforms.
This is a hands-on Individual Contributor role where the candidate will work closely with the brand marketing team to conceptualise and execute high-quality creatives across digital, social, product, and offline touchpoints.
The role will also manage and mentor Creative Designers, ensuring high standards of creative output while maintaining speed and efficiency in delivery.
The ideal candidate brings strong visual design expertise, video creation capabilities, and a working knowledge of modern AI-powered creative tools, along with a deep understanding of how design needs to adapt across different platforms.
Roles & ResponsibilitiesCreative Development & Execution
- Design and execute high-quality creative assets across marketing channels including social media, performance marketing, app, website, CRM, and offline assets.
- Translate brand and campaign ideas into visually compelling creative outputs that drive engagement and business impact.
- Ensure brand consistency across all consumer-facing touchpoints.
Video & Motion Content
- Create and edit short-form videos and motion content for digital platforms.
- Work with tools such as Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects or similar tools to produce high-quality video assets for marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on storytelling formats suited for digital platforms.
Platform-Native Creative Thinking
- Develop creatives tailored to platform-specific formats such as Instagram, YouTube, performance ads, website banners, and app interfaces and offline mediums.
- Understand how design needs to adapt for different consumer touchpoints and marketing objectives.
AI-Led Creative Workflows
- Leverage modern AI tools to enhance design productivity, experimentation, and creative ideation.
- Use AI-powered tools for faster asset creation, iteration, and creative exploration.
Team Collaboration & Mentorship
- Manage and mentor Creative Designers, ensuring smooth execution and high-quality output across projects.
- Work closely with marketing, content, product, and growth teams to deliver campaigns and creative assets efficiently.
- Maintain a fast-paced creative workflow suited for a high-growth startup environment.
Skills & Experience
- Experience: 8–10 years in design and creative roles across branding, digital marketing, or advertising.
- Strong visual design fundamentals including layout, typography, colour, and brand consistency.
- Hands-on expertise in tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and video editing tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut.
- Comfortable using AI-powered design tools to enhance creative workflows.
- Strong understanding of platform-specific design formats across social media, performance marketing, and digital marketing channels.
- Ability to balance creative quality with speed and efficiency in a fast-moving environment.
- Prior experience mentoring or managing junior designers is a plus.
