Job Overview:

Orange Health Labs is looking for a results-driven Account Executive – B2B Sales to drive revenue growth by building and expanding partnerships with insurance partners, healthcare providers, and corporate clients. The role involves acquiring new partners, managing relationships, and ensuring a seamless experience by resolving partner escalations and coordinating with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Growth: Identify and onboard new insurer and healthcare partners; drive volume growth with existing partners and achieve sales targets.

  • Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with partners, understand their needs, and act as the primary point of contact.

  • Escalation Management: Handle partner escalations and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution and high satisfaction.

  • Communication & Coordination: Share product updates, offers, and service information with partners and collaborate with operations, marketing, and support teams.

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of sales or business development experience (healthcare, diagnostics, insurance, or financial services preferred).

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

  • Ability to analyze market opportunities and achieve revenue targets.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office is a plus.
