Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused, tech-loving individual to join our fast-growing IT organization. We are seeking a highly skilled system admin to join our team. As a System Admin, you will be responsible for supporting and optimizing the use of various collaboration tools, including Atlassian, Jira, Slack, Zoom, and Coda. Your expertise will contribute to enhancing team productivity, streamlining workflows, and fostering effective communication across the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operation, configuration, and integration of these tools.


  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strategic thinker that wants to solve problems and deliver scalable solutions
  • Oversee the administration and configuration of Atlassian tools, including Jira and Confluence, ensuring optimal performance and user experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system requirements and implement solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for employees for systems like Slack, Zoom, Jira, Confluence, and Coda
  • Perform routine maintenance and system upgrades to ensure optimal performance and security


  • 4+ years of Information Technology experience
  • Strong knowledge of Atlassian suite, Slack & Zoom
  • Strong communication and technical documentation skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Good knowledge of system administration concepts and best practices
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Experience operating in a regulated environment; financial services experience preferred.
  • Experience with configuring and customizing the Atlassian suite, including workflow automation, custom field configurations, and user management.
  • Experience with supporting collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Coda
