Through our ZET platform (B2C), we focus on empowering individuals, especially those new to credit (NTC) or with low credit scores, to build and improve their CIBIL scores. One of our key offerings is the Magnet FD Credit Card, co-branded with SBM. The Magnet card plays a pivotal role in helping users from Tier 2, 3, and 4 cities boost their credit scores. By providing insights & solutions into their creditworthiness, consumers are empowered to make informed financial decisions, unlocking opportunities for loans, mortgages and greater financial stability.
On our ZET Partner (B2B) platform, we connect communities in Tier 3 and 4 cities to a wide network of financial brands and credit products. By leveraging a trusted network of agents, we bridge the gap between consumers and top banks, making financial services more accessible and tailored to the specific needs of these underserved markets.
In March 2022, we proudly raised $13M in our Series A funding, bringing our total funding to $18M. We’re fortunate to be backed by renowned investors like General Catalyst, Nexus, Sequoia Surge, Waterbridge, and other leading angel investors. What began in 2019 with just two people has now grown into a spirited team, united by a common mission to drive fintech innovation for Bharat.

Responsibilities:
Content Strategy and Execution:
- Guide and mentor a team of writers, designers, and video editors to produce high-quality marketing content.
- Provide actionable feedback on copies and creatives to improve the overall quality and effectiveness of communication.
- Develop a 360-degree monthly marketing calendar, aligning activities across product, partnerships, and customer engagement.
- Audit app content and conduct regular UATs to ensure consistency and alignment with ZET’s brand guidelines.
Campaign Planning and Coordination:
- Strategize and execute marketing communication plans across digital channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to synchronize marketing efforts with product launches and business objectives.
- Monitor and optimize content performance across channels, including push notifications, in-app communications, WhatsApp, and SMS.
Agency and Stakeholder Management:
- Manage external agencies to deliver innovative marketing solutions.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and execution of campaigns.
- Oversee vendor relationships and manage marketing budgets effectively.
Customer-First Mindset:
- Bring a customer-obsessed approach to content creation, ensuring messaging resonates with ZET’s target audience in Tier 2 and non-metro cities.
- Gather and analyze user insights to continuously refine communication strategies.
Hands-On Execution:
- Be agile and willing to step in where needed, from creating content to brainstorming campaign ideas, to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in tools like Google Sheets, Figma, and basic analytics platforms.
- Agile, detail-oriented, and capable of data-driven decision-making.
- Customer-obsessed with a passion for impactful storytelling.
- Open to rolling up your sleeves and contributing directly to campaign execution.
- Proven experience in content strategy, stakeholder management, and creative feedback.
- Previous work in fintech, e-commerce, or internet companies targeting B2C audiences.
- Hands-on experience managing agencies and executing campaigns across online and offline channels.
- Strong Problem Solving and analytical skills.
- Accustomed to dealing with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to collaborate successfully across cross functions.
