Technical Program Manager @ ZET:

As a Technical Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in the planning, execution, and delivery of our technology projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and design, to ensure the successful development and deployment of our fintech solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of both technology and project management, as well as exceptional communication and leadership skills. Responsibilities:

• Project Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and requirements. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Execution: Lead cross-functional teams to execute projects according to the established plans. Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery.
• Communication: Maintain clear and open communication with all project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues. Foster a collaborative environment.
• Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively, ensuring that team members have the necessary tools and support to succeed. Prioritize and manage competing demands on resources.
• Quality Assurance: Implement quality control processes to ensure that projects meet high standards of quality and compliance with industry regulations.
• Problem Solving: Identify and address technical and logistical challenges. Make data-driven decisions to keep projects on track.
• Documentation: Maintain project documentation, including requirements, specifications, and change logs. Ensure that all project artifacts are organized and accessible.
• Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including partners and vendors. Anticipate and address their needs and concerns.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization. Implement best practices for project management within the technology team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience of 3+ years as a Technical Program Manager in a technology-focused organisation, preferably in the fintech industry.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of fintech, financial services, or related industries is a plus.
• Experience with project management tools and software.
• Strong business acumen, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
