Your approach is strategic and thoughtful, and you thrive in a highly collaborative, async-first environment.
What You’ll Do
Frontend Platform Development: Lead the evolution of our design system, UI libraries, and shared frontend tooling to enable consistent and performant user experiences.
Developer Experience: Collaborate with stakeholders to improve frontend developer workflows and reduce friction for engineers building product surfaces.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with Product Designers, Engineers, and QA to guide architectural decisions and ensure reusable patterns.
Team Building: Grow, mentor, and lead a team of frontend-focused engineers. Foster a healthy, inclusive, and high-performing team culture.

Familiarity with observability, automated testing, and frontend CI/CD best practices
Communication & Collaboration:

Brings a collaborative, low-ego leadership style focused on building trust and shared clarity
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):

Compensation Range: $225K - $275K
