Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Monitor platforms including LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Google Play Store, Google My Business (GMB), App Store, Reddit, Quora, Mouthshut, and Trustpilot for brand mentions, feedback, and escalations.
• Respond to user queries, complaints, and feedback within 24–48 hours, ensuring empathetic, clear, and solution-oriented communication.
• Drive LinkedIn outreach campaigns to encourage authentic user reviews.
• Track, analyze, and report monthly reputation metrics and maintain the Branding MIS.
• Execute Play Store review campaigns in partnership with other teams.
• Connect with recently placed students to verify placement details and coordinate success story recordings and documentation.
