We are looking for a Brand Marketing Intern with a flair for copywriting and creative storytelling, combined with strong analytical skills. In this role, you will be responsible for executing end-to-end marketing campaigns for our Internships and Fresher Jobs segments. You will also track, analyze, and report on campaign performance to drive data-driven marketing decisions.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Campaign Execution: Execute 360-degree marketing campaigns for internships and fresher jobs.
• Creative Copywriting: Craft compelling marketing messages, ad copy, email content, landing pages, and social media content that drive engagement and conversions.
• Webinar Planning & Execution: Own end-to-end execution of webinars, from ideation and speaker coordination to promotion and post-event analysis. Use webinars as a key demand-generation and engagement channel for job seekers.
• Stakeholder Management: Work closely with design, data, product, performance marketing, and influencer marketing teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment of campaigns.
• Performance Analysis & Reporting: Track key marketing metrics, analyze campaign performance, and create MIS reports for ongoing optimizations and campaigns.
• Market Research & Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to refine brand marketing strategies.
