Role Overview
We are looking for a Product Lead (8–10 years experience) who thrives in ambiguity and discovery. This role is fundamentally about figuring out what to build before deciding how to build it.
You will operate at the intersection of customers, industry, and technology, spending significant time in the field—talking to enterprise users, domain experts, and ecosystem players—to uncover non-obvious problems, latent needs, and high-leverage opportunities.
You will define strong product theses, validate them rigorously, and translate insights into clear product direction.
This is not a delivery or backlog management role. We are explicitly looking for PMs who are excited by problem discovery, zero-to-one thinking, and building conviction from first principles—not those who primarily operate on pre-defined roadmaps.
Key Responsibilities
1. Deep Customer & Market Discovery
- Lead end-to-end discovery efforts—from hypothesis formation to insight synthesis
- Spend significant time with enterprise customers, users, and industry experts
- Identify hard-to-see problems, unmet needs, and emerging patterns
- Build a strong intuition for customer workflows, pain points, and decision drivers
2. Problem Definition & Product Thesis
- Convert ambiguous signals into clear problem statements and product opportunities
- Develop and articulate strong product theses backed by deep insights
- Prioritize opportunities based on business impact, feasibility, and strategic fit
3. Industry Network & Ecosystem Leverage
- Build and actively leverage a strong network of operators, decision-makers, and domain experts
- Use this network to validate ideas, gather early signals, and accelerate learning loops
- Stay ahead of AI, LLM, and enterprise SaaS trends, going beyond surface-level research
4. Rapid Validation & Builder Mindset
- Take a hands-on, IC approach to validating ideas—don’t wait for full teams to execute
- Use modern AI tools (e.g., Claude, Codex, etc.) to prototype, build, and test production-grade workflows and applications
- Design and run experiments, pilots, and MVPs to validate assumptions quickly
- Kill weak ideas fast; double down on high-conviction bets
5. Business & GTM Thinking
- Bring strong business acumen—understand revenue models, pricing, and customer economics
- Work closely with GTM teams to ensure problem-solution fit translates into real adoption and monetization
- Think beyond product to overall business impact and scalability
6. Cross-Functional Leadership
- Partner with engineering, design, GTM, and leadership to align on what to build and why
- Drive clarity of thought and crisp communication across stakeholders
- Guide execution where needed, without defaulting into delivery ownership
7. Strategic Influence
- Contribute to company-level product strategy and roadmap direction
- Act as a thought partner to founders and leadership on where the business should go
What We’re Looking For
- 8–10 years of Product Management experience, with significant time in 0→1 or highly ambiguous problem spaces
- Demonstrated strength in product discovery, user research, and insight generation
- Proven ability to identify high-impact problems—not just execute on defined requirements
- Strong track record of being customer-facing and field-oriented

- Strong Network: Well-connected with industry practitioners, customers, or ecosystem players; able to open doors and gather insights quickly
- Excellent Communication: Exceptionally clear thinking and articulation—able to influence senior stakeholders, customers, and internal teams
- Strong Business Acumen: Deep understanding of how products translate into revenue, adoption, and long-term value
- Builder / IC Mindset: Hands-on, self-driven, and comfortable building prototypes or production-grade solutions using AI tools (e.g., Claude, Codex)
Additional
- Experience in B2B SaaS, AI/ML, or enterprise tech environments
- Strong understanding of AI/LLMs and their real-world applications
- Ability to think from first principles and form independent product opinions
