Job Title: Trainer (Education) - HITL & Contact Centre Operations

Role Overview

Nurix is building the future of AI-powered customer experience — where humans and AI work seamlessly together. We are seeking a domain expert to scale our HITL(Human-in-the-Loop) & Contact Centre Operations for the Education/EdTech sector.
The Trainer (Education) delivers training and onboarding to agents, develops scripts, and ensures continuous improvement in the sales process to maximise conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop scripts for EdTech, Education lead qualification and sales based on domain expertise
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate call quality and share qualitative and quantitative insights on top and bottom quartile performers.
  • Bring industry best practices & best in class training to both Nurix human agents and AI agents
  • Deliver onboarding and induction training to new agents
  • Run refresher training sessions, continuous evaluation and improvement on Education sales scripts
  • Translate learnings into developing AI enabled continuous evaluation and improvement
  • Collaborate with the Team Leads to conduct call evaluations and provide feedback.
  • Document quality issues, share findings, and suggest process improvements.
  • Continuously refine training materials to align with client feedback and performance gaps.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of training and QA experience in Education & EdTech Sales
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of CRMs and Dialers
Must haves:
  • Knowledge of Education domain and the art of selling in Education/EdTech
  • Ability to develop custom scripts and flows based on client context and potential customer’s profile
  • Analytical ability to identify performance gaps and strong problem solving skills to continuously improve the scripts and maximise conversion
