Job Title: Trainer (Real Estate) - HITL & Contact Centre Operations

Role Overview
Nurix is building the future of AI-powered customer experience — where humans and AI work seamlessly together. We are seeking a domain expert to scale our HITL(Human-in-the-Loop) & Contact Centre Operations for the Real Estate sector.
The Trainer (Real Estate) delivers training and onboarding to agents, develops scripts, and ensures continuous improvement in the sales process to maximise conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop scripts for Real Estate lead qualification and sales based on domain expertise
- Continuously monitor and evaluate call quality and share qualitative and quantitative insights on top and bottom quartile performers.
- Bring industry best practices & best in class training to both Nurix human agents and AI agents
- Deliver onboarding and induction training to new agents.
- Run refresher training sessions, continuous evaluation and improvement on real estate sales scripts.
- Collaborate with the Team Leads to conduct call evaluations and provide feedback. (To be done via QA and optimisation)
- Document quality issues, share findings, and suggest process improvements.
- Continuously refine training materials to align with client feedback and performance gaps.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of training and QA experience in Real Estate focused outbound sales
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of CRMs and Dialers
Must haves:
- Knowledge of real estate domain and the art of selling in real estate
- Analytical ability to identify performance gaps and strong problem solving skills to continuously improve the scripts and maximise conversion
