Role Summary -
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Growth Intern to support our Sales Development Representative (SDR) team. This role is ideal for final year or pre-final year undergraduate and MBA students who are passionate about sales, growth, and business development. You will gain hands-on experience working across multiple facets of sales and growth including market research, outbound outreach, and campaign execution using cutting-edge sales and engagement tools.
Key Responsibilities -
● ICP Profiling: Research and develop Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) to target high-potential market segments effectively.
● Sales Development Support: Assist the SDR team with prospecting, lead qualification, data enrichment, and pipeline management.
● Market Research: Conduct market and competitor research to uncover trends, opportunities, and insights for growth strategies.
● List Building: Create and maintain accurate and segmented contact lists for outreach initiatives.
● Email Campaigns: Design, run, and optimize email outreach campaigns to maximize engagement and conversions.
● Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to support growth experiments and outreach initiatives.
● Revenue Operations Support: Help analyze outreach and conversion data to identify opportunities for process optimization and growth.
Tools & Technologies -
Leverage industry-leading tools including ChatGPT, Instantly, Hubspot, Apollo, ZoomInfo, and PhantomBuster to drive efficiency and effectiveness in outreach and data management.
