About the Role

We are looking for a B2B Business Development Team Leader to accelerate the growth of our B2B partnerships in LATAM. This role is a mix of business development and account coordination, ensuring that opportunities turn into long-term value for both NotCo and our clients.

You will work closely with senior B2B leaders, R&D, Tech, and Marketing to support projects from prospecting to delivery, acting as the main point of contact for selected partners.

What you will do

  • Support the identification and pitching of new opportunities with food and beverage companies.
  • Coordinate the preparation of proposals, presentations, and commercial materials.
  • Assist in negotiations of partnership terms and ensure follow-up on agreed commitments.
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with existing partners, strengthening trust and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Ensure projects are executed on time and aligned with both client expectations and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with Tech and R&D to scope technical requirements and track progress on integrations.
  • Collect performance data from ongoing projects, prepare reports, and share insights with B2B leadership.
  • Represent NotCo in regular check-ins with partner stakeholders.

What we are looking for

  • Approximately 4-6 years of experience in business development, key account management, partnerships, or commercial roles in CPG, food, consulting, or tech.
  • Solid skills in relationship management and project coordination.
  • Strong analytical mindset to support business cases and evaluate opportunities.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Tech, R&D, Marketing, Finance).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in English. Portuguese is a plus.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable in fast-moving environments.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 15%).

Tech Fluency (desirable, not mandatory)

  • Curiosity and comfort working around AI platforms, APIs, or data-driven solutions.
  • Ability to connect commercial opportunities with technical feasibility.
