Hi! This is NotCo.

We are passionate about food, innovation, and technology.

We want you to get to know who we are — and who Giuseppe AI is: our very own artificial intelligence that helps us rethink and revolutionize the food we love.

Our recipe blends science, technology, and of course, disruptive talent that works every day to challenge the boundaries of the food industry and build a better one. We question the status quo to elevate every bite with creativity, intelligence, and the power of our technology.

Today, we’re expanding our impact through the B2B business, offering our technology to leading food and beverage companies across LATAM and the world.

To keep transforming the industry, we are now looking to fill the role of Engineering Manager.

This person will be a key player in driving the vision and execution of our tech roadmap, leading a high-performing team of engineers while collaborating closely with product and science teams to accelerate the development of our AI and software platforms.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, AI, and Science teams to define priorities and deliver impactful solutions.
  • Own the delivery and quality of engineering projects, ensuring technical standards and best practices are followed.
  • Drive continuous improvement in team processes, technical direction, and system architecture.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and resource allocation to meet company goals.

What we’re looking for:

  • 6+ years of experience in software development and 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Strong technical background in modern web application architecture and development (Python, FastAPI, Vue.js or similar).
  • Experience managing engineering teams and delivering complex projects in agile environments.
  • Solid understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD, and software quality standards.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence across functions and levels.
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English: as part of a multicultural team spread across Latam and San Francisco, English proficiency is essential.

The million-dollar question: Are you hungry to reinvent the food industry from the inside out?

Because there are plenty of reasons to say: WHY NOT!

This is your chance to lead the shift toward a smarter, more agile industry—elevating every product with intelligence, without losing touch with what the world loves to eat.
