Today, we’re expanding our impact through the B2B business, offering our technology to leading food and beverage companies across LATAM and the world.

To keep transforming the industry, we are now looking to fill the role of B2B Business Development Director, reporting to the Chief B2B Officer. We're open to having this person be based out of Chile, Mexico, Brasil or Argentina.

The main responsibility of this individual is to lead the business development process for the NotCo B2B unit in the U.S.

This role will report to the Chief B2B Officer

Specifically, they will:

  • Source, pitch, structure, negotiate, and close strategic B2B partnerships with major CPG companies.
  • Lead end-to-end execution of all B2B projects in collaboration with R&D, Marketing, Tech, Legal, and Finance teams.
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy focused on client acquisition, retention, and expansion.
  • Manage the client pipeline and provide regular updates to key internal stakeholders.
  • Lead all corporate sales communications, working alongside Marketing for content development and execution.
  • Define partnership terms, pricing strategies, and business models, and lead contract negotiations.
  • Oversee internal team setup and resourcing for new deals.
  • Coordinate and lead all external partner meetings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders and executive sponsors.

Requirements:

  • 5 + years or more of progressive CPG, Tech experience
  • MBA
  • Strong financial, commercial, strategic and business acumen
  • Understanding of the U.S. food industry
  • Solid financial acumen to assess and determine the viability of commercial proposals in the space
  • Proven track record in building and scaling a new business
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
  • Proven business development track record of excellent commercial, strategic, and sales skills
  • Possesses strong presentation and relationship-building skills
  • Have strong computer skills, including a high level of proficiency in MS Office, specifically PowerPoint & Excel
  • Curious, logical, and action-oriented
  • Excel in a start-up environment and excited to create new procedures and processes from scratch, with a strong entrepreneurial mindset
  • Be agile, adaptable, and thrive in a dynamic and changing culture
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills.
