We are currently looking for a Business Development Team Leader to join the Tech team. The main challenge of this role will be to lead all prospects and client relationships, driving the business development activities for TECH products. This is a contractor position for 6 months to be based either in Santiago de Chile or Buenos Aires.
Main responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential clients
- Generate and qualify leads for top-of-funnel sales
- Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders
- Monitor project teams to ensure contracts are executed as agreed
- Gather useful information from customer and competitor data
- Make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives
- Create and implement processes and policies to support the overall business
- Track, identify and add qualified prospects to sales pipeline
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business
- Track and report on the status of proposal components
- Conduct ongoing market research
- Drive the end-to-end sales process
- Prepare and submit sales contracts

Requirements for the role:
- Full-time availability
- + 5 years in commercial-related roles.
- Advanced English level: strong verbal and written communication and comprehension skills.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Commercial Engineering (preferred but not limited to), or similar working levels obtained through relevant job experience.
