We are currently looking for a Product Team Leader who will be part of NotCo AI group.

As a Product Team Leader, you will work with a multifaceted team of ML & Software Engineers, UI/UX Designers, Experimental Chefs, and Food Scientists to revolutionize the way sustainable products are created. Your main responsibility would be to lead Product for our internal Machine Learning Platform called Giuseppe.

Our tech platform utilizes predictive & generative models, optimization algorithms, as well as in-house data warehousing infrastructure that allows us to relate nutritional, physicochemical & molecular data to find new discoveries for novel plant-based products.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Bootstrap and lead the global Product Management team for the Giuseppe Platform, overseeing the entire product roadmap and delivery cycle for the platform.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders for new feature development and process improvements.
• Organize user feedback sessions across the Culinary and Science groups throughout NotCo globally.
• Work closely with Engineering Management and tangential groups, such as our Experimental Chef and Food Science groups to organize and execute on multidisciplinary projects.
• Strategize technology externalization for the existing tech platform with the management team.
• Mentor direct reports to develop long term career roadmaps and direct hiring for new open positions
• Foster a transparent and open culture of innovation and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

• B.S. in a tangential technical field (Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics).
• M.S. and/or MBA preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in a Product Manager/Lead Product Manager role.
• Strong project management experience and real-world experience deploying machine learning systems to end-users.
• Prior experience working alongside a multidisciplinary engineering/design team through the Agile process.
• Prior experience leading a group of engineers or product managers.
• Familiarity with deep learning, machine learning, and cloud platforms.
