We are currently looking for a dedicated and highly skilled PMO - Giuseppe Adoption and Contribution Specialist to join our team at NotCo. This role is essential for driving the adoption and effective use of our AI platform, Giuseppe, within our R&D teams. The ideal candidate will have a remarkable experience working in tech environments, a general understanding of AI, and exceptional organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Giuseppe Adoption & Contribution:

- Generate metrics from usability data (automatically generated from R&D activities logged in Giuseppe).

- Conduct weekly reviews with R&D PMOs and key stakeholders to assess data and activities.

- Lead monthly Giuseppe Adoption and Contribution reviews with R&D and AI Chefs local teams in each country, documenting action plans in Asana.

2. Onboarding & Training:

- Manage all processes related to the onboarding of new users into Giuseppe (new R&D hires and ongoing training for current employees), ensuring a successful onboard within 2-3 weeks.

- Conduct specific training sessions based on R&D demand, focusing on particular aspects of the platform.

3. Giuseppe Consulting Team:

- Participate in a team providing constant support for configuring the platform for new R&D projects.

- Train special users to become super users of the platform.

4. AI OKRs Support:

- Help consolidate AI OKRs for H1 2024 and assist the AI team in communicating the new OKR strategy.

- Solve Q&A and support the creation of OKRs for teams needing assistance.

5. Budget & Strategy:

- Consolidate the entire area budget and understand resource use and priorities.

- Participate in platform strategy discussions.

- Contribute to B2B initiatives, given the heavy reliance of B2B projects on the Giuseppe platform.

Qualifications:

- Fluent in English.

- Extremely proactive and energized

- Familiar with technology and general-level understanding of AI, and Software development.

- Proficient in using various tech platforms.

- Strong organizational and communication skills.

- Experience with project management tools such as Asana and ClickUP.

- Ability to generate and interpret metrics from data.

- Experience in training and onboarding users.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in R&D/tech environments.

- Experience with tech development and tech businesses.

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
