Hello! This is NotCo. We are a group of people united by a very strong purpose.
We want you to get to know us, and Giuseppe, our very own artificial intelligence. We are food enthusiasts, but above all, we love the planet. That's why, to protect it, we've removed animals from the equation.
Our recipe? It includes three major components: science, technology, and of course, disruptive talents. We work daily to create a better future.
At NotCo, we're not aiming to be the perfect company, but the right one. We're here to bring change, which is why we take risks, we fail, and at times, achieve incredible success.
For those who think eating better should be easy and delicious, TheNotCompany ("NotCo")—listed in the Top 50 Most Innovative Companies by Fast Company—is a five-year-old food tech company. We're all about developing AI technology and cutting-edge science to create groundbreaking plant-based products, aiming to revolutionize the food industry. Since our start in 2015, we've introduced various plant-based goodies like NotMilk, NotMayo, and NotBurger through our tech platform, Giuseppe. NotCo spans the globe, with offices and product sales in Chile, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Mexico, and the US and Canada. Our recent $235 million funding boost is set to propel our growth in North America.
We are growing rapidly in new ways and markets. We are motivated by change and purpose. We are ready to roll up our sleeves and do what it takes to start something new. Be part of the transformation!
This role involves the analysis of food samples, ingredients, flavor ingredients, metabolites, and other products as well as non-targeted and unknown analysis using Liquid Chromatography/High resolution Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) methods. This position includes performing analytical test methods, data analysis, writing test protocols and writing analytical test reports.
As an Analytical Chemistry Scientist, you'll be reporting to the Analytical Chemistry Team Leader. Let's do some scientific wonders together!
Today, you can start making a change for the planet without changing anything of what you love.
