This position is based in the Santiago de Chile hub.Responsabilities

• Actively collaborating with the global Marketing team in creating and presenting materials for social media
• Providing nutritional information to the Marketing team to define nutritional attributes and comply with current regulations for NotCo's product innovations and improvement processes.
• Ensuring that product prototypes developed according to the NotCo pipeline meet the specified nutritional requirements in each project brief
• Actively providing specialized knowledge about the main nutritional challenges of plant-based products and proposing the implementation of this knowledge during the product development pipeline
• Proposing improvements in the nutritional value of NotCo products based on experimental data obtained from the Molecular Nutrition unit, consumer/patient studies, and epidemiological data
• Supporting the Sales and Expansion teams by possessing knowledge of product descriptors, healthy claims of NotCo products, and food regulations in each country of interest
• Presenting nutrition-related results to various teams
• Having an active approach in offering value propositions and participating in decision-making processes related to the nutritional aspects of NotCo products
  
  

Requirements

• A degree in Nutrition
• Fluent oral and written English
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to self-manage time, solve technical problems, and prioritize tasks
• Developed scientific skills, including effective communication, resilience, and tolerance to frustration
• Ability to work in teams, both as a leader and a member
• Proficiency in software such as Microsoft Office and statistical programs
• Postgraduate degrees and certifications related to the role will be considered
