Be part of the transformation!We are currently looking for a Project Manager - North America Commercial Operations. This role is based out of Greater New York Area.The Project Manager will report directly to the VP, of R&D - North America, however, the incumbent will work cross-functionally to ensure commercial operations success across US and Canada.Specifically, this person will:
  • Lead and own the implementation of new PM software to be utilized in North America and globally
  • Independently manages end-to-end NORAM innovation and renovation-related projects, from ideation to commercialization, assuring the innovation stage-- gate process is correctly followed, target dates are met and the product is delivered according to action standards
  • Work with cross-functional teams to secure and manage cross-funtional resources to ensure projects delivers on time and in full
  • Independetly create, organize, and manage project plans and timelines and proactively communicating status, changes, and risks to stakeholders and to the senior leadership team
  • Manage project transitions between functional groups and project phases to ensure a seamless experience
  • Establishes, modifies, and monitors project, programs, and system workflow
  • Influence stakeholders within the projects assigned, prioritize tasks within a given project and provide process improvement recommendations to stakeholders and direct management
  • Build relationships and proactively communicate project details with key stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Marketing, R&D, and Finance to ensure all projects are delivered on time and on budget
  • Work externally with the Comans to understand intricacies, limitations, and potential blockers. Work closely with Comans and the internal team to resolve these obstacles
  • Drive consensus with stakeholders balancing out the needs of the business (time, cost, feasibility, resources)
  • Drives the identification of project risks and establishes risk management plans
  • Executes projects close-outs and post project reviews
The ideal candidate will:
  • BA/BS college degree or its equivalent
  • 4+ years progressive CPG experience; experience in food a plus
  • Project management tool knowledge is a must
  • Project management experience is a must
  • Business consulting background is a plus
- Finance experience is a plus-
  • Proven track record of “soup to nuts” experience
  • Possess strong presentation and relationship-building skills
  • Works well in teams and cross-functional groups in a matrixed environment, both regionally and globally
  • Curious, logical, action and detail-oriented
  • Passion for working in a fast-paced environment and a proven ability to multi-task
  • Excel in a start-up environment and excited to create new procedures and processes from scratch, with a strong entrepreneurial mindset
  • Be agile, adaptable, and thrive in a dynamic and changing culture
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. required
